Refund and Cancellation Policy

You acknowledge that all purchases and sales of cryptocurrencies, whether completed or pending, are final. Transactions are non-refundable, irrevocable, and cannot be changed once completed. The reason for this is that cryptocurrency prices fluctuate constantly. Therefore, the value of cryptocurrency purchased from (or sold to) Fiat201 GmbH may change within moments of your purchase/sale.

By initiating a monetary transfer to us, you acknowledge that the EU Consumer Protection Directive (known as Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights) does not apply to contracts for financial services such as those offered by Fiat201 GmbH.

If you change your mind and wish to return the cryptocurrency purchased from Fiat201 GmbH, Fiat201 GmbH may, at its sole discretion, repurchase it at the current market price less the service fee payable for the transaction. For this purpose, please contact Fiat201 GmbH by email at support@fiat201.com. This also applies in the event that you have sold cryptocurrencies to Fiat201 GmbH and wish to repurchase them. In this case, Fiat201 GmbH may, at its sole discretion, sell them to you at the current market price plus the service fee payable for the transaction.

In rare cases relating solely to wire transfers to Fiat201 GmbH, such as (i) your failure to provide the KYC documents required by Fiat201 GmbH; (ii) if you disclose your account access details to a third party; (iii) if you decide to cancel the order, Fiat201 GmbH reserves the right to cancel your transfer order. In the event Fiat201 GmbH cancels your order, if Fiat201 GmbH has already received any funds from you with respect to such order, Fiat201 GmbH will return such funds to you, subject to applicable laws and regulations.

Any such refund will be made to the same source from which the funds originated, after deducting any costs or expenses incurred by Fiat201 GmbH in connection with such transfer, including without limitation any transfer fees, currency exchange fees and/or payment processing fees. Your funds may be returned to another source of which you are the beneficiary, at Fiat201 GmbH's sole discretion, provided that you provide us with the necessary documents and information to verify that the account to which the funds are to be returned belongs to you.

In order to comply with anti-money laundering and anti-terrorist financing regulations or other regulations and to prevent prohibited acts, all payments and information in connection with the aforementioned refund may be verified by Fiat201 GmbH. In such event, Fiat201 GmbH may, in its sole discretion, require you to provide certain documents and information, including, but not limited to, identification documents, copies of your creditcard or bank account information, and/or other evidence necessary for the refund. Should you fail to provide the relevant documents or information, or should we have any doubts as to the authenticity of the documents and information provided, Fiat201 GmbH shall be entitled to suspend the refund process until you have taken the requested action.

Fiat201 GmbH reserves the right to cancel your order without refund or refuse any refund request if it suspects that you are or have been involved in fraudulent or illegal activity.

The refund will be processed without undue delay and in any case within 7 (seven) working days from the order cancellation, provided that you do not fail to provide Fiat201 GmbH with all the information and/or documentation necessary to process the refund.
