Risks Information
INFORMATION ON KEY RISKS
Any activity related to cryptocurrencies involves significant risks. Before using our services, you should carefully consider the risks listed below. If you have any doubts about what actions you should take, please consult your legal, financial, tax or other professional advisor. If any of the risks are unacceptable to you, you should not use our Services. You acknowledge and agree that you access and use the Services at your own risk. This document highlights some of the risks associated with transactions involving virtual currencies, cryptographic tokens, payment services, and other risks that you may wish to consider.
PAYMENT EXECUTION RISKS
Please note that we process and/or execute transactions as quickly as the relevant payment systems and financial networks allow (and any transaction may be completed by the next business day after we receive your payment order or instructions).
RISK OF FUNDS BEING UNAVAILABLE
We may close, suspend or restrict your access to any part of our Services and/or restrict your access to your account for as long as necessary to protect against liability if you violate or fail to comply with the Terms and Conditions, our policies and/or applicable law. For the avoidance of doubt, we may also permanently close, suspend or restrict your access to our Services.
BLOCKCHAIN NETWORK RISK
The completion of certain transactions involving virtual currencies, cryptographic tokens and/or other digital assets on Blockchains may be delayed for a period of time until a sufficient number of confirmations are received. There is a possibility that your transactions may be cancelled or remain unconfirmed on Blockchains. Transactions related to virtual currencies, cryptographic tokens and/or other digital assets may be irreversible and losses due to fraudulent or accidental transactions may not be recoverable. Some transactions involving virtual currencies, cryptographic tokens and/or other digital assets are deemed to have occurred when they are recorded in a public ledger, which may not be the date or time that you or another party initiated the transaction.
REGULATORY UNCERTAINTY
The regulatory framework applicable to payment service providers and transactions involving virtual currencies, cryptographic tokens, and/or other digital assets, such as the Accepted Assets, is still evolving and in transition. It is possible that your transactions may be, or may in the future become, subject to various reporting, tax or other obligations and requirements. Legal and regulatory changes at the national, regional (i.e., EU or EEA) or international level may materially and adversely affect the use, transfer, exchange and value of virtual currencies, cryptographic tokens and/or other digital assets, such as the Accepted Assets.
Trading virtual currencies involves a significant risk. Prices can fluctuate on any given day. Due to such price fluctuations, you can gain or lose the value of your assets at any moment. Any currency can be subject to large fluctuations in value and even become completely worthless. There is always an inherent risk of loss from buying, selling or trading anything in the market.
It is possible that the value of cryptocurrencies will decline significantly in the future. Unlike most currencies backed by governments or other legal entities, cryptocurrencies are a unique type of "fiat" currency backed by technology and trust. Traders rely on a digital, decentralized, and partially anonymous system that relies on peer-to-peer networks and cryptography to maintain its integrity.

With respect to losses due to events such as emergencies and force majeure, Fiat201 GmbH is not obligated to take any corrective action.
There may be additional risks not provided for or disclosed in these terms and conditions.
